Our property unfortunately suffered severe damage from Hurricane Ian. Before we were even clients, she went out of her way to check on our property and to arrange a work crew to remove debris and drywall. She supervised the cleanup and even acted as an intermediary for payment since we were out of state. Upon our decision to sell our damaged property, Danene, and her team were able to conduct the sale even though we were not present. I would have no qualms about recommending Danene and Remax Realty! It is truly difficult in this day and age to find such professionalism, clear communications, and great personal care given under especially difficult circumstances.

As an out of state investment buyer, Danene helped guide me thru the entire purchase process start to finish and always kept me informed and up to date during the entire process. After the purchase, Danene assisted me with renting the residence, which was also seamless and very quick to incredible renters which she helped vet out to make sure they were well qualified. I highly recommend Danene as a real estate agent. She gets the job done! Highly recommend! Can’t wait for the next purchase so that I can work with her again.
